MASS SAVE ENERGY AUDIT, FOR HEAT LOANS: 866-527-SAVE (7283)
If you are doing heat loan, the first step is to call for an energy audit; and mention the programs that you are interested in. Call right away – there is a waiting list for appointments.
If your home is a CONDO, you must ask your condo association to contact the MassSave Multi-Family Assessment office to arrange your audit.
MASS SAVE ZERO-INTEREST LOAN PROGRAM; MUST CALL FOR ENERGY AUDIT:
FYI: They seemingly advise you to get three estimates, which is actually a recommendation only. They don’t require three; you only submit one estimate, from your contractor of choice, when you apply for the loan.
Please note that any shortfall between whatever you ultimately get for the loan, and the actual job totals as quoted, will need to be paid in full when work completed, and before any rebates can be submitted.
** NOTE: IF YOU ARE DOING THE HEAT LOAN, and using Seaside to do your work, contact us again before you submit loan paperwork. Additional documentation will be required. **
We will wait for you to get heat loan checks to make your initial deposit.
Checks will be made out to both yourself and Seaside Gas; endorse the backs before mailing to us.

A note about our quality of workmanship:
If we have given you a proposal and it is not what you are looking for – or not within your budget – please let us know and we can discuss other options. When comparing my estimate to others that you may be getting, it’s not a straight-up comparing of apples-to-apples. I can discuss with you the differences in workmanship, operating efficiency, and equipment to be used. -Kevin Saunders
